Here are some IMPORTANT details you will need to know about our events:
1. All guest must have a waiver on file with us within the past 12 months. Click HERE for our waiver.
2. You will need to bring at least 2 (or 3) 6ft long tablecloths as these tables will be used to seat the kiddos at. We do have another 6ft table used for cake and food so you may want a tablecloth for that one as well.
3. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (of course no alcohol :)).
4. Be sure to bring plates, plastic-ware, napkins, any decorations, cake knife, and lighter.
5. You are allowed to come 30 minutes in advance to set up - we will be there to help as well. Please note, if there are other parties after yours, they will be coming in 1/2 hour early to set up (so your party may be leaving as they are coming in - but we will help with tear down so this should not be an issue).
6. You are allowed 15 guests (including the birthday kiddo), any kids beyond 15 will be charged at $8 per kiddo.
7. We usually reserve 30 minutes HALFWAY through the party for food, cake, and recognition. That way, kids have all the fun out in the gym for the first part of the party, eat, then go back out to the gym for more fun while we clear tables, tidy up and prepare for the next guests coming in. If you have a different agenda in mind, we are very flexible, just let us know!
8. Finally, TIPS are never expected, but if you feel my staff has done an exceptional job, they are definitely appreciated.
